Founded in 2022, Rhema Home Health Care is a licensed agency providing home health services in the larger Houston area. We are in this field because studies have shown that most patients prefer to receive post-hospital care at home where they’re in a familiar and comfortable environment.
Having worked in the Home Health industry for years, the founders of Rhema Home Health Care are familiar with the challenges encountered by patients recovering at home such as inconsistencies in care, lack of proper follow-up, lack of optimal management of symptoms which could lead into unnecessary ER visits and re-hospitalizations, lack of knowledge of medication management including dosages, actions, desired effects, and side effects, etc.
Rhema Home Health Care seeks to seal these holes in home health care and ensure that patients have a quick and successful recovery. We strive to not only help our patients but educate them in their own care, therefore empowering them to be active participants in their own recovery journey.
