Our skilled nursing services are provided by licensed RNs and LVNs (under RN supervision). All services are ordered and approved by your physician. Services include but are not limited to:

• Wound care (surgical wounds, vascular wounds, diabetic wounds, pressure ulcers, etc.)
• Intravenous therapy (including IV medication administration, parenteral nutrition, etc.)
• Enteral nutrition (tube feeding)
• Injections (such as insulin administration, blood thinners, etc.)
• Medical drains and tube management (surgical drains, nephrostomy tubes, urostomies, colostomies, foley catheters, suprapubic catheters, etc.)
• Medication management
• Health education (patient and caregiver education)
• Skilled nursing services
